Hi Ivo! My friend is Bulgarian and he makes this all the time- he shared with a bunch of us on our ski team and now I can’t go back to any other yogurt:)
We eat yogurt all the time, I make salad dressing with it and eat it on baked potatoes, chili, etc. it also makes very good tzatziki sauce! It’s also SO easy yo make.
Thank you so much!

Hello Ivo,
Yogurt and granola is one of my favorite snacks. I also always like to have yogurt on hand because it’s so versatile. You can throw it in a recipe to make it creamy or if you need sour cream and don’t have any, etc. One time I put it in coffee because I ran out of creamer, that one didn’t work quite as well, but you get the picture, ha! Hope this helps. Can’t wait to start making my own!
Kindly,
Rachel

Well Ivo,
I just don’t know what took me sooooo long 😀
My good friend eMU moved to Sofia a few (probably 10 or so) years ago and it was there that he introduced me to kiselo mlyako.
Even though it was more than a couple of years ago, I still cannot forget THAT unique and refreshing experience!
And now, just a few days ago, I bought a commercial German ayran at the local Aldi store, and that’s what started me thinking:
How could I achieve at least the same or even a better result.
I immediately asked my friend about that magical drink back in Sofia…
His answer was this website, the rest is history 😀

I’m so glad that I can at least try to replicate your wonderful drink here at home.
Best regards from Hungary,

Hi.
I love yoghurts a lot . I love the fact that it helps my gut and makes me feel better. I sell yoghurt as well and everyone loves my yogurt.
Although I’ve tried other cultures like YoMix by Danisco, yoFlex by Chr Hanson, YO’GOURMET… but the Bulgarian culture is the best.. I wish to buy more soonest …
Thanks 🙏

Hi Ivo,
The idea of making yogurt at home brings back a lot of great childhood memories. I was introduced to homemade yogurt when my parents came home with a yogurt maker and we started enjoying healthy yogurt made with ingredients from sources we trusted. I can’t wait to get started with my own journey!
Thanks,
Dave

Good morning, Ivo
I have been a customer for a few years now and continue to LOVE your yogurt – Especially the Rose. I ordered as a “new” customer because everything about me has changed except for my name. I have a new address, new email, different phone number, etc. and thought it would be easier to “re-introduce” myself than make changes. Your yogurt is part of my everyday Breakfast Smoothies and makes lovely hot and cold sauces. Your yogurt helps me “make my day” – every day. Thank you, thank you!

Hello, I’ve finally started to learn about fermenting (I’ve bought a book and some simple equipment). I’m starting with yogurt and sauerkraut! So far, I’ve made one batch of yogurt. It was more like yogurt-drink, but tastes delicious. I want to improve my gut microbiome, and therefore, my immune system.
Thank you,
Jane

We are very much interested in health as I have had alot of issues in the past and yogurt helps provide beneficial bacteria which everybody needs. I tried your starter a few years ago and have had great sucess with it.
