Hi Ivo,
I have made both the yoghurt and kefir several times now.
I love the flavour and texture of both and have had no issues making either.
Kind Regards
Rhonda

Hi Ivo,
I’m making Kefir. To make Kefir from pure water I’d need to take 1 g of the Kefir starter to get 1 l of Water Kefir.
I’m preferring one of the following options:
1. Coconut water
2. Coconut milk or
3. Coconut cream.

Everything is perfect. I’ve started friend on your yogurt. I just use previous yogurt as starter not fresh each time. I have some if your starter still
My dad is Bulgarian and grew up on this stuff 😊

I’m originally from Uruguay, growing up consuming a lot of dairy products. Interestingly Uruguay actually has 12 millions cows grazing across its territory, however the population is only 3.6 millions of people, so you can have an idea where my “addiction” to yogurts, kefir and cheeses come from. Anyway I love Bulgarian yogurts and my dog too, always delicious.

I like yogurt for the health benefits and also because I find it a very satisfying food.

Thanks for your email. I am an American citizen, but I lived in Bulgaria for 2.5 years as a volunteer teacher with the Peace Corps (2011-2013). I lived in a small village for a few months to learn the language, then lived in Shumen for much of that two plus years.
I feel in love with the culture and it will be a part of me forever. Where I live now, back home in Seattle, there are no Bulgarian stores. One Serbian store exists that carries a few things, but not all I need. I hope to try other food (not just Rakia!) From your store in the future. I make a lot of Bulgarian cuisine for my family and I will buy from you in the future.

I used the Bulgarian yogurt starter and we are very happy with the result. The yogurt was thick and tasty. We only used the purchased starter to make our yogurt and didn’t mixed it with our previous yogurt.

Hello Ivo. I did manage to make yogurt from the starter and it’s very good. Thank you very much. I’ll be ordering more perhaps another type in the near future.

I am very happy to find your company through a health conscious friend. I have visited Bulgaria and loved the yogurt at our hotel every morning. It was wonderful! I have been making my own yogurt but using store bought yogurt for my starter. I just made my first batch with your powder and what a difference!!
I love it! I also make kefir and put both in my smoothie everyday.
Thank you so much for your great products.
Kathy
