Hi Ivo,
I make about 4 liters of yogurt every week but I use some yogurt from the last batch to make some more. That is what I’m doing. I am not even saving a cup, half a cup is enough and it makes a very delicious yogurt. That way, I am paying less and with about 2 grams of starter I can make yogurt for a month.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Healthy bacteria all the way!
Can’t wait to try your starter!!
Thanks for the handbook 🙂

Hi Ivo,
I love yogurt. Plus it has health benefits.
I have made my own yogurt before and home made is much better and cheaper than store bought. I was making my own back in 2016 and I was buying starters from you. My husband got cancer and I got busy taking care of him and I just lost interest in making my own yogurt. It was just too much for me to handle. I am in my 70’s and have severe RA. My husband recently passed away after 53 years together and friends bought me a Smart Oven to make cooking easier for me. It has a yogurt function on it. I tried it the other day and it works. I decided I was going to start making my own yogurt again and I looked online to see if you were still in business and was happy to see you were. I will be placing an order soon. I see you have product to make cream cheese so am going to try that as well. Again, I am so happy to have found you again.

Hi Ivo
Gut issues is my reason and homemade tastes better. I can cook it on my Luvele machine for 24 to 36 hours to greatly increase the prebiotic for greater health benefits.
Also I hear your yogurt is great. You are mentioned on you tube.
Cheers

Hi Ivo
I just made a batch of the bulgarian yoghurt for my girlfriend for the first time and she loved it. I used 1 litre of whole and 500ml of “demi-écremé” which was better than my first batch (all demi-écremé). Next time I’ll use all whole milk.
Thanks for helping me on my new hobby. It is very rewarding and I love not having the store plastic jars to dispose of every day.
Cheers!
Paul

Ivo,
You are an amazing human. I’m blessed to have stumbled into your business, I do need to make an order soon, I have been working on maintaining my core culture, but I am getting low.
We have had your yogurt every day sense I’ve gotten your cultures, and had only one issue ( it was my fault, but don’t tell my wife that 😊 )
I am looking forward to adding to my colony of cultures. If you have any odd or unique cultures that are not on your website, please let me know, I am very interested in getting something unique.
Thank you for the email, I did need the reminder to order more.
