Hello Ivo:
I bought the starter from you because the price seemed reasonable. I hope in the future you can give me more discounts!
I like all clabbered milk, yogurt, kefir, and filmjolk.
I hope I can conduct business with you again in the future! Since I am a small farmer, keep sending discounts for the starter to me in the future. Thank you for your fine service!

Hello Ivo,
We would like to cook a yogurt at home, because we have a toddler and we would like to have a high quality yogurt.
Kind regards,
Katie –
Hi there, I used the yogurt starter and it worked great, the flavor is good and I like the consistency of the yogurt I made. I also tried the Sour Cream starter
Many thanks, Katie

Hello.
I wanted to personally review your peoducts in an email.
Right know i cant afford starters and I have some of your starters left yet in the freeze. I love all of your starters and will buy more as soon as I am able to and need some culturing probiotics. 🙂 I actually use your kefir starter the most. I have lot been able to have dairy for some time now because of leaky gut and other allergies, hencw why I have not bought more yet.
But your starters are awsome and delicious! ?? And suberb quality as always.
I will buy more when my gut clears up.
Have a great weekend and late summer. ??
Kind regards,
Kassandra

Dear Ivo,
I don’t know if this will seem odd to you, but the number one reason why I make yogurt at home is to avoid plastic waste. I eat a fair amount of yogurt every week, both dairy and plant-based, and making it myself I have no need for plastic packaging. I buy the cow milk in bulk from zero waste shops or make my own soy or almond milk. I have been using your products for some years now and they work fantastically with all kinds of milk. Also, you don’t overpackage the cultures with sachets and boxes and things as other companies do. That is important to me. And, of course, the result is wonderfully creamy and tastes great! So I intend to go on using your yogurt starters for as long as I can.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to explain. Zero-wasting is still seen as an eccentricity, even after all the mountains of plastic we throw away all over the earth and oceans every day.

Hello Ivo,
So far I have only had time to make the Bulgarian yoghurt and the Swedish filmjölk.
Today I am making the yoghurt for third time (using yoghurt I made from the first bag), and the yoghurt turns out absolutely wonderful! Actually, this last time I had made it, I forgot the jars in the oven when I turned the oven on in order to bake something, and to my shock only discovered it when the oven temperature had gotten to some 300 or more! The yoghurt was not very warm yet, and I cooled it first in waterbath, then put them in the fridge, and the yoghurt turned out thicker than ever!
I know how the filmjölk is supposed to be (same product as in Finland, and also Finnish viili, and other Nordic milk products), as I come from Finland, and have lived in Denmark and Sweden for long before moving to the USA. That is also why I was thrilled to find your website!!! I look forward to trying the other of your products.
Kind regards,
Hilkka

I’m new to making cheese and stuff, I wanted to try making yogurt. I don’t like the store yogurt so I thought I’d see if I like homemade stuff
