Hello 🙂 I am still working on a packet of Bulgarian yogurt I purchased from you last year (26 gallon exp. date June 2024) I’ve got plenty left but I don’t want to run out. I am considering buying a smaller packet of the Rose Bulgarian Yogurt. Also, I am interested in learning how to make sourdough bread. Could you tell me the expiration date of your starter. I love yogurt. Now that I make it myself I can eat it every day.
I found you on the internet. I used to make yogurt by purchasing it at the store and using the purchased yogurt as a starter. It was hard to track.
Your starter is easy to store in the freezer and the instructions are basically fool proof.

This is easily the best yogurt I have ever eaten. 6 hours makes a perfect (for me) yogurt that tastes only slightly acidic but going to 12 hours increases the acid considerably. Needs no add anything but some jam, fruit, honey or maple syrup is excellent. Easy to make and keep week over week. Can be thickened easily as well. The best all-round yogurt!

used to make it in the oven whit 2 liters of milk some good live bacteria yogurt and 1 can of condensed milk 8 hours in the oven and fresh a bit Sour tast halve thick.

I saw your starter on amazon and i knew i wanted an heirloom starter. I went directly to your website and i love that it was better value there!
I am new to my yogurt journey but i bought a yogurt maker because i like gadgets 😉 My machines instructions do NOT mention boiling the milk, is this still recommended?

Yes, I used the starter and this morning I used the 2nd new starter…we did exacte 10x timestamp with the starter, the taste was still great but the yoghurt became thinner and let it drain longer gave to luttele yoghurt so just started a new badge.
We live in Portugal and strangely, here you can not buy good yoghurt..only the green version but hé..thats nice sometimes but to much calories…so we make yoghurt every day.
We like the starter and I will order again..maybe try another version.

There’s nothing wrong, awry or amiss – quite the opposite, in fact. I haven’t responded to your previous emails because, quite frankly, I’ve been far too busy stuffing my face with the best Kefir I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve tried quite a few). It’s so smooth, so creamy and delicious and so simple to make it should probably carry some kind of warning.
I haven’t reordered yet because I bought a 16 litre pack which lives in my freezer, so I’ve plenty left, but you can guarantee I’ll be back. And I haven’t even started on the free yoghurt starter you included in my order (again – too busy stuffing my face with kefir…)
