Shipping

Shipping will be applied to your order based on the address and weight of your shipment.

Shipping costs may differ depending on your country. There is a shipping calculator at the checkout page, please use it if you want to check the exact shipping costs for your order.

Shipping is FREE for orders over a certain amount (amounts vary by country).

Normally, most orders received before 2pm ship on the same day. At the latest, all orders are shipped within five days of receiving the order.

Depending on your location, your order will take about 2-4 days to arrive. Some locations might take considerably longer. This entirely depends on the postal service speeds for your country and area.

Important Notice

We recommend that you choose a shipping option with tracking. This way you can easily check the progress of your package.

If you select a shipping option with no tracking, it will not be possible to get updates on the progress of your package and if it gets delayed for some reason there will be no way to know why or what happened.

If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree to free us from any liability and not to hold us responsible for packages not-received. If you opt for a non-tracking shipping option, you agree not to challenge or dispute the charge on your card or PayPal account for that order and you accept any and all liability if it is lost in transit.

Please take care to double check billing and shipping addresses for complete accuracy. It is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for deliveries.

Bacillus Bulgaricus is not responsible for orders once they are placed in the hands of shipping agents, nor orders that have been marked by shipping agents as delivered.

Bacillus Bulgaricus will not refund orders that are lost, stolen, or returned to us due to incorrect address information. However, in some cases we might be able to resend the order, provided that you paid for the new shipping costs.

If you decide not to use the product you purchased, you may return it to us for a refund, provided that it has not been opened. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding actual shipping costs, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise, provided that it is in the same condition in which it was shipped. In some cases we may be able to refund some of the shipping costs as well. The return shipping cost is your responsibility.
